LeaverBusted due to loading bug

Exactly what the title says. I feel like riot should probably make the game temporarily unavailable, and for all of you who lost LP due to the bug on ranked, I feel bad. They probably should at the very least disable ranked until the bug is fixed. Maybe temporarily disable the LeaverBuster or something. This is a big ol' crock.
