Can't use skills, get stuck AAing

This seems to happen once a game, on any character. Randomly I'll hit a point in the game where I can't use certain skills, while others work normally. Then when I start auto attacking something, I can't stop. My champ will continue to auto until that group of minions is dead. Restarting the game fixes the problem, but I shouldn't have to disconnect once a game in order to play.

I haven't seen any other recent fixes. Help?
