Mastery Page Bug

[Client] (I think, please excuse me if it's qualified as gameplay) Weird bug where the mastery page sprites layer over each other in a weird way. All I did in the game was Open my Masteries via the mastery edit button in champion select. Essentially the mouse-over stats layer behind the mastery page stats, but it should be the other way.
