[Gameplay] Champ Select Bug Splat then Rejoin and Champ Select Empty

Basically title. Lost -3 LP for having to dodge because no champions were available for selection after my client shut down during champ select because of a bug splay. Tried to go back into champ select, and client let me, but no champions to select forcing a dodge.
