Resistance Illaoi skin tentacles bugged

I have the replay saved, not sure how to send it or post it, however I was just in a game as Yorick vs Resistance Illaoi. Got into a fight with her, the spirit she pulled popped, so naturally I back off to wait it out and dodge tentacles. I suddenly die because the tentacle line for it's attack doesn't show up. I assume maybe I missed it somehow, not sure how, but just assumed it was my poor play.

Then it happens a second time. The third time she got a spirit pull on me, the line showed up, so I'm assuming that her tentacle attack line doesn't show up if she has too many tentacles out? That's the only thing I can think of, I have no idea, but she needs to be disabled because this bug literally fed her 2 kills off me. I'm am insanely salty about it, but I accepted the loss and move on to now report said bug. Look into this, please and thank you.
