Buying Cards Takes Money And Doesn't Actually Give Me The Cards

I was trying to buy a poro card and it kept giving me errors saying that the purchase failed. However in the shop it still took my green wild cards, thus making a purchase without giving me the cards. I have a screenshot of both my purchase history and showing that I don't own the cards. Only one got refunded, the rest give an error saying "Error refunding the purchase, please try again later."
