So... new Vi bug. Woot.

Although this was not exactly game-defining, this bug did make it so any chance we had in this fight went from challenging to impossible. No idea what exactly cause it, but it's very very obvious it's not supposed to happen, heh. Any feedback?

P.S. during the period where Vi is in her ult animation, I was unable to do anything else. I was spamming q, e, and flash. So basically, my ult managed to only stun me here for about 7 seconds. New OP stun mechanics?
