5.9 Patch Update Not working {BUG}

Hello Summoners! I'm having an issue with 5.9, and I was wondering if anyone was also having it or had it and was able to fix it. I run League on a Mac desktop and have never had this problem before. So basically when I open up League, it seems to be updating smoothly into 5.9, but every time the update hits 49%, and I mean every single time, always on 49%, the game crashes, and thats it. When I open up League again the same thing happens, it runs smoothly until 49% and then it crashes.

If anyone knows why this is happening or how to fix it, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
