[Bug] Garen Q vs the nexus

This is regarding a bug with Garen's Q when attacking the nexus. This bug was prevalent about a year ago, got fixed and now it's happening again. Basically when you try to Q (decisive strike) the nexus, Garen loses the ability to target the nexus at all with any auto attacks or the ability itself until the speed buff runs out. I don't feel the need to explain why this is a problem but it's quite the nuisance when you are trying to close out a game. If we could get that fixed, that would be awesome. Thanks.
