Star Guardian Ezreal.

Ok so I don't know if you can refund gifts or if theres an issue with the skin or what, but my Star Guardian Ezreal that was gifted to me is now completely gone, its not in my skins tab and it says i have to purchase it, Idk if theres a bug with the skin so its down for maitenence or if this is a legit issue, i want to know do other people who have it still have access to it at this time???
