Champ Select Bugged at times (Client)

It seems as though it only happens with first pick... I am able to select a champion to ban, I see both bans, and then, when I'm up to pick, there is no champion list. There is no arrow to bring up a champion list. The only thing I see are the summoners on either side, and the map where it shows my lonely midlane.. not being filled this game - FeelsBadMan
