Each time I have logged onto League since 3/10/2015 the following has happened: -Black home screen -Deleted Item Sets -Won't remember user name and personal settings

I have tried closing and reopening the client multiple times. I uninstalled and re-downloaded on 3/12/2015 and still have the same issues. I would like to know how to fix the problem.
