Wind noise and bells during the game (nonstop)

Hello?? I get some wind noise and bell sounds that repeats over and over again non stop even during the game. I feel humiliated, why are you doing this to me?? I turned off all music and ambiant sound level and options OFF but you put that 20 seconds harrassing noise in cycle . I was wondering is this a new punishment or because I got reported ? What did I do again? It is very annoying and stressing, I had to quit game to turn 'Enable SFX' off in the client and reconnect in the game so I dont hear the disturbing noise (some sort of very bad quality ambiant music that repeats and repeats and repeats). But now I don't hear ANY client sound AT ALL (no queue sound, no message sound, nothing if I don't want the harrassing sound. Please help me (I know you hate me and_ never answer to me, only punish me_ and punish me, but please!)
