Tryndamere's Ulti

So its happened to me a couple of times when I was playing ranked recently. Brand and Master Yi can randomly kill Tryndamere even if he has his ulti on. I believe it has something to do with true damage but it isn't consistent. If I can get a video of it happening I will post it.

try using replay.gg?

I know for sure that Brand's abilities deal damage for 4 seconds. It's like brand passive is ignite with % health damage. So any brand ability on tryn after he ults ( with 2 sec delay) will kill tryn.
