Yasuo can't auto-attack

I've been playing Yasuo a lot lately, and occasionally i won't be able to auto-attack. I've been trying to narrow it down and so far it seems to happen when you dash through something (E ability). It doesn't happen very often, although it can really make or break a trade. Unfortunately i haven't been able to reproduce it as it doesn't happen very often. I'm not sure if this applies, could just be coincidence but it seems to happen when you attack immediately after you dash. I haven't had it happen with any other ability, only the dash.
