When is played into there are some serious bugs. cannot Q 's tentacles. cannot W to end the disable of 's E. Please tell me these are bugs.

As far as I am aware, both of those are functioning as intended.

For cleansing the E, did you mean when she has his spirit leashed, or when he is a Vessel?

GP's oranges only cleanse Crowd Control - not debuffs. So the only thing that his oranges should do is remove the slow upon the spirit whipping back to you, but the actual state of "Vessel" is not CC - it doesn't effect your movement - but is instead a debuff.

That's a very long answer, if we go in depth into every different kind of debuff and disable, but I'll try to summarize.

Specifically for Gangplank, he disables Crowd Control (CC). CC effects are categorized by either restricting the target's ability to move (knock up, slow), their ability to Auto Attack-AA (blind, suppressed) or being able to use abilities (silence, stunned). Specifically for the last one, it also depends on whether or not the effect can interrupt channeled abilities.

For example if you are Silenced you cannot use abilities, but you can AA. So silencing Tryndamere won't stop him from bashing you in the face until you're dead, but it will stop Le Blanc from blowing you into orbit. However if you are rooted you can still AA and you can use your abilities (if they don't dash/blink or otherwise move you) and you can't use teleport/flash while rooted.

These are all forms of CC. For a more complete breakdown of each type, check out this page of the Wiki However debuffs are not always considered disables if they do not do any of these things.

A few examples of debuffs:

Vladimir's Ultimate puts a debuff on the target. That debuff says, "for the next 5 seconds, you take 12% more damage from all sources, and then at the end you take a chunk of damage." Now nothing in there has any impact on your ability to move, attack, use or channel abilities. So it is not a disable, so it won't be removed by Cleanse or Cleanse-like effects (GP, Olaf Ultimate)

So being a Vessel is a debuff because it has a negative effect on the player, but since it doesn't stop you from moving or attack or using abilities, it is not considered CC for the purpose of cleansing.

Quick Silver Sash, however, removes all debuffs on the Champion and can be used to remove a lot of effects you can't cleanse.

Also, Illaoi 's tentacles are enemy units, I don't see why they wouldn't be able to be Q'd.

There are lots of types of enemy units. Pets, minions, etc. Some act in ways you wouldn't initially expect; I was surprised the first time I got killed by Smite as Zac (his death passive bloblets can be Smote).

I can't find a definite answer but it looks like they are classified as similar to Wards, rather than Pets. Which means you can target them with Teleport and maybe a few allied abilities (such as Lee Sin's W) but you can't hit or target them with abilities for the purpose of damaging them, you have to walk up to them and hit them with an AA.
