There seems to be an "e" missing from "game_character_displayname" in Karthus' 
Wall of Pain. Seems like a simple regex to fix.
This is very well known. Coders SUCK at spelling.
I once commissioned a coder to make a website for me from scratch.
He legit made nearly 200 typos on the front end (that customers could read!) over the course of the project, including the company name (I'm talking the big name right at the top)...
I had to give him pages of lists of typos to fix. I'm sure at Riot it's the same.
As long as the code works, coders generally don't care whether they spell something wrong.
I may be wrong but I wouldn't be surprised if it looks like it is missing an E because there is a cap to how ever many characters so it may have been to long to fit onto the death recap
