[CRASH} YASUO

Character: Yasuo I can load the game just fine when it shows the 5v5 characters when it loads. Then the moment I get into Summoner's Rift the game crashes and all I can see is health bars. I can't move my mouse and It doesn't show the choose ability plus sign thing. This has been happening to me since the update after 4.21 that fixed the lag. Everytime it happens to me no matter if it's bot matches or pvp matches. Is there something wrong with my computer or is it the game? Does this happen with all Yasuos?
