Game client firewall error all of a sudden

So this morning while i was playing bots for a quick daily win for the IP I completely disconnected about 8 minutes in and never reconnected even though my internet connection was perfectly fine. I restarted the client and upon loading back in it errored saying unable to connect to the server, and do check that my firewall isn't blocking the server. I turned my firewall off and I still get this message. Ran league as admin. Still can't connect to anything after champ select. Irritating getting leave buster'ed because i can connect to the air client perfectly fine, but as soon as champ select ends and the game client opens I can't connect at all anymore.

With running as admin, and firewall off i'm still suddenly getting this error, eventually if i keep restarting my client i eventually get in, but thats 10+ minutes of attempting to reconnect (my internet is fine since i can cannot to air client just fine) and starting extremely behind... And getting punished by leave buster although everything appears to be fine on my end...
