Can't use Tahm Kench's Ulti

Summoner Name: Faamalu NA Server

Playing as support Tahm Kench and i WAS able to activate his ulti BUT it did not finish the ulti's animation going under the ground and teleporting him to the desired location on map. The sounds where there but every time id use the option or someone jumped into my mouth...he would just run to the location with them in my mouth then spitting the teammate out.

My ulti would go on low cool down when it was just me reactivating his ability...but if someone jumped in...it would be full cd.

I tried about 8 times in the game and there was only the beginning animation and nothing else...i played this character more then 8 times...so its not like i dont know how to use his ulti.
