My client does not register shen in my champions but it spent the 3150 ip

[Client] I logged into the game and had more then 3150 IP so i bought Shen then i tried to take him into a team builder but he wasn't in the champion list.It also spent my 3150 IP riot please help

submit a ticket friend, they will fix it for you
