Lissandra Ult Not Working

I was playing Lissandra, a favorite champ of mine, and ulted myself and I was able to be targeted and damaged by other champs. This glitch lead to the only 2 deaths I had.

I know this to be true as I had a friend spectating the game, we were talking on curse and I asked him to check the replay. He said after watching it several times I was **DEFINITELY **being damaged and hurt during ulting myself.

After this I just ulted the other team.

Has anyone else had problems with Lissandra?
