Skins won't stay selected

I'm having an issue since after the dynamic queue bug fix patch. Each skin I have purchased after the patch will not stay selected when I use it in a game. I have to re select it in pregame every time a new game starts. It doesn't happen to any skin that I purchased before the bug fix patch but it happens to all the ones I purchased after. Any insight would be appreciated.
