Kindred not recieving marks from Scuttle

Sorry i dont have evidence the mark dissapeared before i could screen shot but the Scuttle near top did not give me my mar even though i checked to see if it was indeed on the scuttle (which it was because the mark dissapeared after I killed scuttle).

There was an earlier game where i didnt receive my mark from scuttle on bot river but i assumed it was beacuse the scuttle has JUST spawned (not like the case above where it was about 2 minutes in and i t had already spawned) but now i think it may be a bug thats not giving Kindred their mark. Ive played enough games with kindred (Level 4 mastery) to know how the passive works so i dont think it was an error i ade. pleaser look into this Riot! from a kindred main wannabe
