Camera lock bug (spacebar makes the camera stuck on your champion)

This bug happens several times per game, even twice in this 17 seconds video. I know the video footage is a little bugged but it should still show the bug properly.

Camera locks your mouse to the minimap like u have clicked it. For me i press "spacebar" alot and this will then lock the camera to my champion permanent. It can be fixed by holding down the left mousebutton on the minimap and wiggle it around a little that will unstuck it for me.

Unfortunately the bug appears alot, atleast several times per game. Said bug has been happening for now atleast several patches even though i belive it wasnt as bad in patch 6.5 or 6.4 (not sure).
