League games won't load in I got a leavebuster for it full repair won't install, and patch won't dl

I'm trying to play a few bot games, but every time I start up the game or try to load in a game, the client crashes, and today the patch won't load. I've already seen the full repair help page and browsed the internet for help, but the youtube videos are clickbait and the articles are lies. Help would be appreciated.
