Spectate Mode still having issues

For the last week there has been and issue with the spectator mode in the game. Every time I try to spectate a game it will tell me that I've lost connection to the game or I've lost connection to spectating before the game even loads in. Also sometimes the client will allow to get the champ load in screen and everyone loads to 100%, but it will never move past that screen until it gives me the error about disconnecting. I have no problems while I am actually playing league so I am pretty sure it doesn't have anything to do with my connection. Also, the one time recently that it did allow me to spectate, everyone was just frozen in lane just like it was back when the spectator mode originally had issues. A lot of my friends have been having this issue as well so i figured I would put this out there.
