I played 2 Normal games and 1 Co-op vs. AI and the relic shield and its upgrades didn't execute the minions when under the hp threshold but they still activated their effects when you managed to lashit them. It's really annoying 'cause many times you fail to lasthit the minion and your adc doen't get it either.

What champ were you using?
What champ where you using.
The champ has to be melee for it to work.
If you were using 
then the execute wouldn't work cause Thresh is ranged, not melee.
