Attack Move on Cursor is Bugged

It keeps on attacking showing the attack icon when it is not even hovering over the minion like when it is close to it this makes csing and everything harder this is bug that is effecting my gameplay someone help this need to be fixed i tried to reinstall windows 8 2 times it changed nothing
