Disconnection issues for one person, causes issues for everyone.

My friend's game won't let him load in, let's him load to about 60% after maybe 3 minutes of waiting and everyone else is at 100%, however, it will stop loading for him and you can tab out, but it's also disconnected you, disconnects everybody from the game before it even starts. This did not start until after he patched his game tonight. Patch 8.11 has broke the game. I blame !!!
