League of legends crashing

Prior to today I have never experienced my league of legends crashing before. Yet just today I have had it crash 2 or 3 times every game. Its seems to happen whenever I push O or Tab to check my kill to death ratio. Is there something I can do or is this some type of glitch or what? Need some help here people I'm losing games because of this nonsense.
