Reconnect button,game crash , black screen

So the game starts , the screen is black but i can still see the hud, the chat , the mini map ... i restart the client to fix the problem , and guess what ?! no reconnect button ! so obviously i can't reconnect so i restart the computer and the games crashes this isn't the first time this happens to me and probably not the last one , i got the leaverbuster last time this happened to me , i get a punishment over something i cannot control , it's not my fault that the client is fucked up , so fix it please
