Never recived Pool Party Free champion

I had linked my Facebook acount to my LoL account almost a year ago, way before it said that you can link the two for a free champ. It also said that if it was already linked you still get the champ, yet it is the 4th of july and I still haven't gotten my free champion. I got a message saying that "your free champion has been unlocked", however the list of owned champions has not changed since I bought Skarner back in May. Can I get a little help with this?

PixelDemise you probaly have some negative activity on your account since february. The post of pool party is also showing "players with negative activity since february wont beeligible to unlock the poolparty mundo and poolparty icon. I dont got the icon to cause rito is giving me randomly chat restriction without any negative activity :) rito is full of buggs
