Sivir spell shield
Sivirs spell shield isn't blocking the damage from Jarvan's Cataclysm. Tried this 2 times. It absorbs the spell shield, still deals damage, and still puts up walls as normal (which it should still do).

Just finished an ARAM where every spell from Malphite went right through spell shield 50% or more of the time. Be it just a single Q harras cast or his full combo in which no spell in the combo was blocked.
No other enemy dealing damage to me, death log shows everything dealing damage and applying affects despite getting the emote and the mana return.
