I recieved level 3 honor and it told me i recieved an honor capsule for doing so but did not get one, just thought you guys should know!!

You have the ability to randomly earn them now, not that you get one

I was just given a "you earned an honor capsule for lvl 3" and don't have one in my loot area.....

I know it said I received one too.
