Kicked from Lobby during champ select, counted as a dodge and gave my 2nd (15 min) dodge penalty

As stated, I was editing my runepage (going from the precision runepage to domination, if it matters) and was suddenly kicked from the lobby with a helpful message in the top right stating I'd left the lobby.

I now have a 15 minute wait time, so I figured I'd write up a report about it.

I wasn't doing anything else odd at the time, we were in pick phase and I hadn't selected my champ yet.

Hope this isn't something common, be happy to answer any additional questions if I missed anything in particular.
