I got banned for "botting", but I'm definitely a human... and support is gonna be slow right now...

My level 8 account got perma banned for "botting", but I'm not a bot I'm a human. It's definitely an error. If you take one look at my game history you can tell I'm not a bot. It's taken me 10 days to get this far, since I have no boosts and I'm playing only 1 or 2 games a day. I sent a ticket to support but I imagine they are totally swamped with this name change issue and I'm a little worried that I'll be waiting for weeks before they can get to my ticket, to get my account back. I'm fully expecting they will unban me as soon as they look at it, that's not really my worry, my worry is that nobody will look at it for a long time since this name change issue probably means they have thousands of tickets in front of me. I'm not suggesting that my issue is more important than all theirs but, at least they can play with or without their favorite username. I can't even play.
