3 wins in promos and the last game didn't count as a win when I won.

"Físto" is my username. I lost the first two promos and then won the last 3 but after the last one still says I have 2 wins. No I didn't afk or even leave for a second. I got no xp for it and want to know why I'm the unluckiest person ever. I know if I play another I'm 100% going to lose- because why wouldn't I. Can you just fix this. I'm so tired of this game tearing my ass hole open.
