Champ select bug/Client lag

Ok, this has been going on for months and I have lost a series and ~15LP. Here's what happens EVERY time this bug occurs:

1. Login takes 30-60 seconds longer.
2. Chat need an extra 15 seconds to load up.
3. My profile page is either blank or takes a long time to get filled with data.
4. Whenever I pick a role for dynamic Q I get a spinning wheel for about 5-20 seconds, during which time none of the buttons in the client (except the chat) react to my clicks. And here is the shitty part. Whenever I enter champ select in dynamic Q the timer gets to 0 and then nothing happens. Sometimes it's the counter for picking the role you want to play, sometimes it's the ban timer for one of the summoners, once it was the lock in timer too. Chat with the team and with friends works all of the time. Also, if I stick around long enough I get "summoner XXXX has left the lobby" for all of my team mates. And if I wait even longer, I get something like a replay of the champ select. By that I mean I can see people banning and picking champions, but it's already too late because I have already failed to pick/ban. Once I got as far as almost locking my champ, but I got a message that I have failed to pick/ban even though I had 10 seconds left. Also, a couple of times this happened after I had locked in a champ, so what I did was I waited until I got the "summoner XXXXX has left the lobby", I closed the client, re-logged in and was prompted to reconnect to the game, which worked. The weirdest part is that when I log into another account, even if it's on the same server, EUNE, (tried both EUNE and EUW) the game works 100% fine! Also, the client stays at "Retrieving data from server" for 20-30 seconds, whenever I try to create a custom game or close the client. I already got demoted (mostly for other reasons), but can I at least have my freaking 15LP back? If I wasn't addicted, I would have quit this stupid game by now! P.S.
