Not able to select the champion

I tried to select champion in champion selection, but it did not let me do it. We were stuck in the champion selection for 10second and then suddenly we went back to the lobby and I got punishments that i think i do not deserve. My internet was completely fine as My duo sinivalas, who was using the same wifi did not experience any of these difficulties. I would llove to get my Lp back that ive lost from this. Thank you.
