Twisted treeline

I dont know what is up in TT atm for intermediate games. But it is odd seeing that the bots can still buy the dfg in it though it was removed. And in my last run my Q and R stopped doing anything while playing Scion. Has this been happening to anyone else? Oh yea bot is doing oddly mass damage with no damage items at all. It is really odd seeing his ult do more than a full build bot.
