[Bug/Trivial] Grey launch button.

Bug: Client's launch button is greyed out until the restart of the launcher.

How to reproduce:

1. Switch regions;
2. Quickly click on the "Launch" button.

If the region you selected needs to download a patch, the launch will not go through. After patching is done, the button will remain grey.
