Attempt to join queue failed

i just recently got pbe and i cant get into any games as it gives me "ATTEMPT TO JOIN QUEUE FAILED An unexpected error has occurred while attempting to join the queue....." i cant play any game modes or the tutorial etc. also since i joined i have been at 0 be and 0 rp i have tried fixing the client and uninstalled and re installed league several times still nothing any help will be appreciated.
