Access Into The Game

The login screen for myself and my boyfriend when we try to log in for the FIRST time all day, it keeps telling us that "You have tried logging in too many times in a short period of time. Please wait a while before retrying," is there some way to fix this please? It's really annoying and now I can't even log in to play. Help please :)
