Mac Bug Main Screen Black

I play on my iMac and when I load the client everything is fine, launch and sign-in are both fine but once I launch into the client the main screen that usually shows videos and news is black and just has a circle loading symbol spinning in the middle and never loads. Not after a game or anything can I get the main screen to load. I can still access everything around the main screen, shop, profile, etc. just can't see the news which is a bit of a bummer. I have been told by a fellow Mac user that he experiences the same issue. Anything that can be done to fix this? Thank you!
