Ok, so when ur low and u land a grab (Q) at the same time u are receiving fatal damage (but that would stop u from dyng if colossus proced) u die and colossus goes on cooldown, which means it proced after u died...

Seems consistent with other Masteries, though unfortunate and useless. I recommend posting in Gameplay to request it changed so it can't do this.
