[GAMEPLAY] Item Ping Spam After Purchasing First Item

Greetings, I want to report a bug that occurred after purchasing a , while playing Riven. After purchasing it the game start spamming in the chat, even tho I was not even holding my mouse over it. It kept going even after I upgraded into a and then into . I couldn't stop it and it pinged at random moments. I'm not sure how it happened or why, but it was very irritating for me and my team.
