Can't play a game of league anymore. Crash dump. False leaverbuster.

Recently I have been playing a ton of the Odyssey Extraction gamemode. I have made it to onslaught, so I have played a bunch of games with no problem. However, one game RIGHT after champion selection, when we go into the loading screen, a new window immediately pops up saying "A critical error has occured and must be terminated. Would you like to create a crash dump?" It then brings me to the client with the "reconnect" button. When pressed, same thing happens every time. Basically, the game is telling me that my game crashed due to an unknown error. Okay. Wait for the game to end, have my teammates report me, restart the client. Should be fine now. Wrong. Every game I go into has the same result, and I have gotten a leaverbuster warning already for something that is entirely not my fault. I have tried everything, restarting the client, restarting my pc, trying different gamemodes... I can't play the game anymore. Please help. I just want to play the game, and I'm afraid to try anything else because I have already had 5 remakes in a row because of me and I don't want to get banned. Here are some images of the error:
