whats up! im having a big problem on lol...

"LOGGING ONTO CHAT SERVICE" I can't open the chat and i also can't write anything... well this is really annoying when you're trying to communicate with your partners or just choose your position in normal games... I've already try changed the date of my computer and the problem keeps going! Please help me :(

This was a known bug today on EUW in the evening, but it is fixed for me now.

Maybe some people are still affected by it.
