Will Riot ever fix their banning systems?

I have had chat bans in the past (years ago), read through what I've said... had a little laugh and knew it was a deserved ban. I have now been chat banned twice in one month due too premades provoking and flaming others and then there's me telling them to shut up which apparently is ban-able? The best bit is that the toxic players do not get banned? I've seen it where you state 'it's private information on whether they get banned or not' So before I made this post me and some friends tested out a 3 man premade plus me joining at the same time... it took some time but eventually it worked. The 3 man premade spoke so much trash talk (on purpose) so i could report all 3 just to see the results and i pretented to retaliate with some valid points so they would report me and we wait for the results... GUESS WHAT RIOT YOU NEVER WOULD... I get a chan ban whilst all 3 of my friends accounts are completely fine.

The community is getting fed up of your lies and deception on the replies they get. (You control what you say etc blah blah) (But being in a team with more than 2 of you is much better and you're allowed too troll and ruin others games freely with no consequence) I get it that you're such a huge business and the amount of players you have... it's hard too control everything but dishing out bans like hot cakes too people wrongly accused is the right way to go? P.s. I'd like my honor level 4 back on my main account for the false reports being accepted.

Im not quite sure what the point of this post is for. yes Banning could be dealt with better, but im not sure what your experiment actually proves. You got your friends to report you and the reporting system is working as intended. Whats wrong now?

Kudo's on trying the experiment, but I suspect you forgot one very important factor in your test: Frequency.

Punishments are dished out based on how toxic (severity) the player was and how frequent the player is toxic. I'm assuming all of you used similar vocabulary in your test, which would give you a similar "severity" in the system. However, if you've been chat banned twice in one month, then your account already has a reputation for frequently being toxic. For it to be an even comparison, every member of your 3 man premade would need to have been chat restricted twice in the last month as well to be a fair experiment. Otherwise of course you'd be banned before the others.

You may think I'm being nit-picky, but if you really want to establish a test that actually proves Riot biases towards premades you need to be nit-picky in how you set it up.

My recommendation for a test environment: You and your friends create brand new accounts, and say absolutely nothing in chat. Then, at some odd hour of the day (late at night or early morning), you repeat your queuing up experiment. Only in games where you're all in the same game do you type, and when you do you all 4 say the exact same things. This will ensure that you all have the exact same Severity and Frequency in the system.

If what Riot says is true, you'll all be punished at the same time (+/- 2 games of saying nothing). If what you say is true (premade reports matter more), then only you will get punished, even if the others play a considerable number of games more than you.

You'll also need to record video your experiment so you can prove that you're not just making it up the results.
